Duo Delibes - viool en piano
Duo Delibes bestaat uit de Spaanse zuster Esther en Sara Gutiérrez, een duo dat er naar streeft het uitgebreide en rijke repertoire voor viool en piano te representeren middels solide kamermuziek. Ze komen uit Valladolid waar ze ook al vroeg begonnen met muziek studeren en samen spelen. Als duo traden zij voor het eerst op in 2010 in het Miguel Delibes Auditorium van Valladolid. Sindsdien hebben ze samen op veel belangrijk podia gestaan in Spanje en daarbuiten.
Esther en Sara studeerden aan belangrijke Spaanse conservatoria zoals l'Escola Superior de Música de Catalunya (Barcelona), Conservatorio Superior de Música del
País Vasco-Musikene (San Sebastián) en internationaal aan de Codarts-Hogeschool voor de
kunsten (Rotterdam) en de Universität Mozarteum (Salzburg). Beiden rondden hun studie af met hoge cijfers.

Duo Delibes - Violin and piano duo
Delibes Duo is comprised of the Spanish sisters Esther and Sara Gutiérrez, a duo whose aim is
presenting the wide and rich repertoire for violin and piano through a solid chamber
music work. Born in Valladolid, where they began their musical studies, they started to play together at a very early age, performing the first concert of their professional career as duo in 2010, at Miguel Delibes Auditorium in Valladolid. Since then they have performed at many important venues in Spain and abroad.
Esther and Sara have studied at very important Spanish Conservatories such as l’Escola
Superior de Música de Catalunya (Barcelona) and Conservatorio Superior de Música del
País Vasco-Musikene (San Sebastián) and international as Codarts-Hogeschool voor de
kunsten (Rotterdam) and Universität Mozarteum (Salzburg), finishing both their studies
with higher grades.
